Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
bwenasph accepts deposits via Philippine-supported payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier and may vary by payment method.
Deposits are generally credited to your bwenasph account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment provider. bwenasph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. bwenasph aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier section. All transactions on bwenasph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the Player.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bwenasph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published dormancy policy. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by bwenasph are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. bwenasph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other players.

All content on the bwenasph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform, is the property of bwenasph or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of bwenasph.
The bwenasph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of bwenasph. You may not use any bwenasph trademark, trade name, or logo without prior written authorisation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bwenasph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content thereon.
bwenasph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
In no event shall bwenasph's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bwenasph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling involves financial risk. bwenasph is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gameplay. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.
bwenasph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
